Day 1...

I am starting this blog to help me help myself get back to me...

I am a wife and mom and work full time. I had 2 babies in 2.5 years, now 1 and 3.5 years. They are the loves of my life, but they have taken their toll on "me".

I am seeking balance and wanting to be everything I dreamt being and wife and a mother would be. I want to feel comfortable being in photos with my boys and I want my husband to look at me and be proud of his wife.

So my first goal is to spend the next 4 weeks working on me. We have an anniversary trip planned for September 10th and I know I won't be at the big goal - but it is a start.

Here is how I am going to get started.

Gym for Cardio - 6 days a week for the next 4 weeks - no excuses
Shred or ABS workout - 3 days a week for the next 4 weeks
Eating right -- allowing myself some special stuff (wine and yogurt) but only occasionally
Hair cut and colored, mani/pedi...etc

Here I go...I know I can do it!
